Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "... 25". Inscription in Arabic scripts on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 1257".
Copy completed in 1261 by Awtharkhān(?) for his Imām and Ustādh Shamʻīl(?) (colophon, fol. 52a).
