Ms. codex. Title from colophon (fol. 261a). 25 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Thin friable dark cream paper with laid lines visible. Fol. 40-69, 102-117, and 254 are later replacements on European glazed paper with watermark. Fol. (i) is a later added endleaf, on European paper with watermark, with inscription. The leaves have irregular dimensions. Hole in fol. 1-3, with loss of text. Worm... Copy completed in Rajab 888 [Aug. 1483] by(?) Maḥmūd ibn ʻAlī al-Zāhidī al-Qabbānī (colophon, fol. 261a). Ownership statement signed ʻAlī al-ʻĀkif, formerly muftī in ʻAyntāb(?), with seal (fol. 1a). Acquired from Murād Bey Bārūdī, Beirut, 1925.
