Note:

Layout: Single leaf, front and back. Double column, 42 lines. A good amount of soiling and some stains. It looks like it was used once as a book cover and because of this one side is trimmed just up to the end of the column. Corners are cut out. At the top of each side there is a word in red. One says lis(?) and the other lasati(?)
