21 lines per page. Written in medium small square naskh in black ink with use of red. Cream glossy paper with laid lines visible. Fol. 1 apparently two pages pasted together. Ḥāshiyah and collation notes on the margins, apparently by the same hand as the main text. Last fol. mended, with lost text recopied on the repair.
