Physical description: 21 lines per page. Written in small naskh in black ink with use of red. dark cream paper, glossy, with laid lines visible. Ḥāshiyah on the margin. Table of contents on fol. 1a.
Inscription in Arabic numerals on fol. 1a: "1066" (repeated on a spine label -- vertical).
Origin: According to colophon, copied by Ibn Niẓām al-Dīn ʻAbd al-Walī, Dār al-irshād Ardabīl, 14 Shaʻbān 975 [Feb. 13, 1568] (fol. 407b, with seal).
Several ownership statements with impressions of seals on fol. 1a, in the name of ʻAbd al-Walī ibn Niẓām al-Dīn al-Rustamdānī(?); of Mūsá ibn al-shaykh Muḥammad Riḍā āl al-marḥūm al-shaykh Jaʻfar [Mūsá ibn Muḥammad Riḍā ibn Jaʻfar] ; one with name obliterated dated 1274 H.
