Ms. in naskh script on glazed paper. 23.9 x 17.6 cm. Headings and keywords in red; catchwords. Some marginal notations. Signatures separate and not fastened to binding.
Paper is glazed laid stock. Leaves bear one of two watermarks. One is a shield with a crescent moon at center, the second a double headed eagle, wings spread and a rectangular field with an "x" cross on the chest. Similar to Ersoy, Osman. XVIII. ve XIX. yüzyıllarda Türkiye'de kâğıt. Ankara : Ankara Üniversitesi Dil ve Tarih-Coğrafya Fakültesi, 1963, no. 50.
Binding is brown leather over pasteboard, wallet style. Covers and envelope flap have blind stamped double fillet border. Centers of covers have blind stamped mandorlas with tulip designs at top and bottom, all with raised floral motif. Envelope flap has oval stamped design at center. Fore edge flap has single fillet border. Top corner of fore edge and back cover slightly charred.
