Brown stain on fol. 1-20; extensive repairs to fol. 1, with slight loss of text. A few paper repairs and occasional damp staining in remainder of ms. In good condition. Origin: Rajab 1009 H [January 1601] (fol. 152a). On fol. 1a, owner's note of Muṣṭafá ibn ... al-Radūs [?], accompanied by a faint stamp. Prayer on fol. ia dated 1988.
