Glazed European paper with watermark. Several inscriptions by the same hand on fol. 1a, 193a and 194b. Two spine labels, one illegible, the other with the inscription "89" in Arabic numerals (horizontal). Copy completed by Muḥammad Ḥusayn ibn Muḥammad Kāẓim al-[---?] on 19 Rajab 1261 (colophon, fol. 192b).
