19 lines per page. Written in thick medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Light cream paper with laid and chain lines visible. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "... 128". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "887 Ḥāʼ".
