13 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Light cream paper with laid and chain lines visible. A few marginal notes. Kabīkaj on fol. 1a. Verses of poetry in Persian on fol. 2a. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Ḥikmah 6". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the paper pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 761".
Copied in Qusṭantinīyah in the middle of Shawwāl 936 (colophon, fol. 111b).
