Physical description: 19 lines per page; written in small, elegant nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. On fol. 1b, illuminated ʻunwān in gold and color. Text framed in gold with marginal gold border. Rubrication and catchwords; some marginal notes. First and last leaves ragged and detached. Some staining; otherwise in good condition.
Three owner's stamps on fol. 1a. Two owner's stamps in blue ink on fol. 2a, one of which is for Muḥammad Jawād.
