Origin: Dated 1853 (fol. 144a).
Owner's seal of the Archdeacon Tūmā Maẓlūm (fol. 144a); ms. subsequently given to Buṭrus Mīkhāʾīl of the Melkite church on 23 March 1855 (fol. 2a).
