17 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Light cream glazed paper. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Short prayer on fol. 1b. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Tawḥīd 131". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 670".
