Physical description: 18 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Thick dark cream paper with laid and chain lines visible. Fol. 111 and 112 are later fly-leaves with on fol. 111b, a definition of ʻilm al-maʻānī. Interlinear and marginal annotations. Seal on fol. 1b (repeated on fol. 110b). Origin: Copy completed by Yūsuf ibn Ibrahīm ibn Muḥammad ibn Harūn ibn Zakaryā in Aleppo in the Masjid Ḥusām al-Dīn ibn Quṭlū (or Khuṭlū, see Ibn al-Shiḥnah. al-Durr al-Muntakhab, ed. 1990, index, s.v. ; colophon, fol. 110b).

Collation: Paper, fol. 112 ; 116 (-1, before fol. 1) 216 3-714 84 94 (+1, fol. 106) + ii (fly-leaves with inscription on fol. 111b) ; catchword on the verso of each leaf ; the quires are numbered using Arabic ordinals in the form "thānī" (see fol. 16a; omits a quire between "sādis" and "sābiʻ").
