Copied by Ḥamzah ibn al-Ḥājj al-Ḥasan bin al-Ḥusayn Rafāhī from a copy which was made from the orginal author's copy in Ṣafar 974 (1566) -- colophon (fol. 165a). 20 lines per page. Written in small nastaʻlīq in black ink. Title on fol. 1a in red ink. Pagination in Western numerals in pencil. Glazed European paper. Ms. is repaired and each folio has different thin light cream paper around the original sheets. Originally acquired by Robert Garrett from Abraham Shalom Yahuda ; 1942.
