Written in 7-8 lines per leaf.
20 leaves foliated upper left and lower right verso.
Colophon: iti rātrivargasamāptaḥ / śake 1751 sarvadhārīnāmasaṃvatsare / uttarāyaṇasūryena saṃtemadhubhistathā / kṛṣṇapakṣe daśaṃbhyā ca bhaumavāre samāpti ca / śrīgajānanārpaṇamastu / śrīrāmajayarāmajayajayarām // kṛṣṇāya gopālāya gopijanavallabhāya namaḥ // (f. 20r).
Dated śaka 1751 (1821) in the cyclical year named Sarvadhārī, during the Uttarāyaṇasūrya (December-June), in Vasanta (Spring), in the month of Madhu (March-April), during the dark half of the month, on Bhaumavāra (Tuesday). (f. 20r).
Mistakes covered over in yellow or blacked out, some corrections in margins, text highlighted in red throughout, vertical margins marked with double red line.
