Collation: Paper, 254; 18 212(-12) 3-1110 1210(+1) 1310 144 1512(-12) 16-2610 278(-7); [1-253, i], modern foliation in pencil, upper center. Catchwords on every page in ink, lower left or lower center verso.
Layout: Written in 22 long lines.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Rubrications in red.
Binding: Brown leather over pasteboard with flap (Type II), blind-stamped central mandorla with two pendants on the vertical axis, blind tooled frame, rebacked and flap repaired. Block stamped front doublure.
Origin: Copy completed on 4 Jumādá al-Ūlá 831 (February 1428 CE) by Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Saʻūdī (f. 253v).
Stamp on f. 1r and 253v.
Title page heavily damaged; considerable damage to upper outer edge.
