Scribe is Govinda Brahma, son of Khaṇḍabhaṭṭa Brahma, of the Hindu pilgrimage center of Vārāṇasī, as named in Ms. Coll. 390, Item 914, but named in this manuscript only as Govinda (f. 3r).
